Hello ifeminists:
Happy Tuesday! Or, at least, it will be when the promised thunderstorm
finally arrives to break the sweltering heat of the last few days. I know
what the "dog days" of summer look like because my two ne'er-do-wells rouse
themselves only to find a cooler patch of hot shade. But fresh whips of rain
and wall-shaking thunder are on their way.
We have a new slate of editorials for you this week: my FOX/ifeminist
column "Senate Must Not Ratify CEDAW"
<http://www.ifeminists.com/introduction/editorials/2002/0813.html>;
"Baseball Player's Domestic Violence Arrest Demonstrates How Men are
Presumed Guilty in Domestic Disputes" by Glenn Sacks
<http://www.ifeminists.com/introduction/editorials/2002/0813a.html>; "The
Sexism of Gun Control" by David Graham
<http://www.ifeminists.com/introduction/editorials/2002/0813b.html>; and,
"Cato University: A Student's Perspective" by Ollivia M. Sexton
<http://www.ifeminists.com/introduction/editorials/2002/0813c.html>. Thanks
to all contributors! And I hope all of you -- readers and past contributors
alike -- keep ifeminists.com in mind for future articles.
I'm still blogging onward <http://www.zetetics.com/mac/> and enjoying
the process. I hope you enjoy the McBlog as well.
Now ... on to the main event ...
