Hello ifeminists:
I'm back from vacation and, although there is no snow on the
ground yet (worst luck!), the weather has turned bracingly cold with
clear indications that my favorite season is imminent. Yep. I'm
talking about
winter. The white, crisp months during which I build a fire in the
hearth every day and chug steaming bowls of soup. Bring it on --
subzero. I'm ready.
Many thanks to Tooch (Jerome D. Tuccille) for posting the
editorials on the front page where they are now available for your
perusal. My FOXNews/ifeminist column is entitled "Battered Woman
Syndrome: Sham or Science"
<http://www.ifeminists.com/introduction/editorials/2002/1022.html>;
Glenn Sacks and Dianna Thompson's coauthored piece is "California
Governor Davis Preserves and Protects Paternity Fraud
<http://www.ifeminists.com/introduction/editorials/2002/1022a.html>;
Trea McBee, who is becoming a regular columnist, contributes "Pass
the Prozac"
<http://www.ifeminists.com/introduction/editorials/2002/1022b.html>;
and Amara Graps sent in a piece entitled "Frozen egg birth begins a
reproduction revolution for women," which was inspired by a news item
posted on the ifeminist front page
<http://www.ifeminists.com/introduction/editorials/2002/1022c.html>.
Enjoy!
I know that everyone must be getting annoyed by the fundraising

be greatly appreciated. Information on how to donate follows this
commentary. Thanks! And if you can't contribute ... don't feel badly.
Now ... onto the main event ...
