Newton's "The Hoover Administration" (Scribner, 1936); Rixey Smith and Norman Beasley's "Carter Glass" (Longman's, 1939). Mr. Moley wrote from the point of view of Mr. Roosevelt; Messrs. Myers and Newton from the point of view of Mr. Hoover.
